Cancellation Policy:

NXTevent must receive notification of all cancellations in writing. Cancellations received on or before August 31, 2009 will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received between September 1, 2009 and October 12, 2009 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
There are no refunds after October 12, 2009.
Refunds will be issued by check within 30 days after the conference.

What is a small shop?
A nonprofit is considered a “small shop" when its overall organizational budget is $5,000,000 or less.
